Registration Details
Cost: $425 for the weekend (includes courses, meals, and CRPA membership)
Early Bird Pricing: $375 if you register before May 31, 2026
Deadline: September 14, 2026, or when 150 participants are registered
Cancellations: Any participant-initiated cancellations before September 1, 2026 will be refunded 50% of their registration amount. There will be no refunds after September 1, 2026 regardless of the participant’s circumstances.
WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Friday, October 2
Check-In & Welcome – Register, pick up your welcome bag, and meet the weekend crew.
Gun Cleaning Session – For those taking firearm classes, bring yours for dissembling and cleaning.
Dinner & Bingo Night - Enjoy a welcoming menu from Spicy Cowgirl, then join a few rounds of bingo.
Saturday, October 3
Morning Check-In – For anyone who wasn’t able to check in Friday night.
AM Class – Dive into your first hands-on workshop.
PM Class – Continue building your skills with class #2.
Raffle Games & Silent Auction - Start the night with some friendly competition, explore the silent auction and try your lick at winning prizes like firearms and bows.
Dinner & Winners - Grab a few more dinks, enjoy dinner, and see if you’ve scored any prizes.
Sunday, October 4
AM Class – Your final hands-on course for the weekend.
Departure – Say goodbye (for now) and leave with new skills and memories that will last a lifetime.
