ABOUT CENTRAL COAST SASSE
Central Coast Safe & Skilled Sisters of Education (SASSE) is part of the California Rifle & Pistol Association’s (CRPA) education division. We bring women together to learn, share skills, and support each other. Our annual weekend gathering focuses on hands-on learning and building confidence in an outdoor setting.
Open to women ages 16 and older, Central Coast SASSE offers workshops led by experienced instructors. Participants can take classes ranging from firearm training and homesteading to other outdoor skills, all while connecting with women who share similar interests.
Our leadership team is made up of women who believe learning happens best in a supportive space. Whether you’re trying something new or expanding existing skills, Central Coast SASSE is a place to feel welcome and encouraged.
The event is held each year at Lazy Arrow Adventures near Santa Margarita, California, usually in September or October.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.
